The goal of the Vision Loss Center is to provide services to enhance the quality of life of individuals with vision loss. We will provide a full spectrum of services to address the needs of individuals with vision loss.
We achieve this goal by:

providing advocacy and other social and support services to accommodate the needs of individuals with vision loss and their families.

Matching needs with providers and vendors of exams, glasses and adaptive equipment.

Providing training for mobility, Braille instruction, technological adaptive equipment and daily living skills.

Providing  instruction and information on how to remove barriers affecting our customers.

Facilitating the provision of a variety of services including financial assistance, vision restoration, counseling, recreation, public education, and a local source for vision loss adaptive equipment and devices.

Promoting local community involvement in the programs and activities of the Vision Loss Center.
